Website and customer path consulting

A clear next step for your next customer.

Often an inquiry starts with “how much?”, and it can take a few messages before you know enough to quote. I rebuild your page so customers can see what you offer and what it costs to get started, then send what you need in one go.

  • Inquiries you can quote from
  • Fewer people giving up
  • Evenings back

Fictional evening for Brightline Cleaning, a made-up business run by “Dana”.

How your website turns a vague inquiry into one complete message

It takes seven messages to learn four facts.

So your page asks those questions instead.

One message. Ready to quote.

    What changes on your page.

Four changes. Each one answers a question you keep answering by hand.

    How I work

    First, I read.

You send me your current page and a few recent inquiries, with names taken out. I write down every question you had to ask back before you could quote.

    Then I rewrite one page.

Prices or ranges in your words. Your questions become the form. One button that works on a phone. You approve every word on a preview before anything changes.

    Then it’s yours.

Files, notes and accounts in your name. Monthly care is optional, with a clear limit. AI comes later, and only for a repeated task we can measure.

    Straight answers.

Is this an AI tool that sorts my inbox?
No. Nothing reads your messages. The change happens on your website, so customers answer your questions before they press send.
    I already have a website.
Good. I start from it. The question is whether customers can tell what to do on it, not whether to replace it.
Do you have results to show?
Not yet. This is a new service, and every example here is fictional and labeled. You see a preview before anything goes live.
How will I know it helped?
We agree a simple count before we start: how many inquiries arrive complete, how many messages it takes to book, and how many jobs you book, over the same number of weeks before and after. You might get a few fewer inquiries but more you can quote from. Fewer inquiries on their own isn’t the goal.
    Do I need monthly care?
No. It’s optional, has an agreed limit, and you can say no after the first job.

    Three ways to start.

Send your page for a review

You send: your link and one inquiry that took a few messages.

You get: a short written note with the one change I’d make first, and why, plus wording you can use yourself.

    Start a review

    Book a short call

You send: a couple of times that suit you.

You get: fifteen minutes on how customers reach you today.

    Ask for a call

    Request a proposal

You send: what you want the page to do.

You get: a written scope and price.

    Request a proposal

    Write it down.

Write it here, then send it to me by email. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your own email app.

How do you want to start?
